Linda Bagley, and the entire staff at Special Agents Realty are that unique combination that makes for a successful real estate experience for all parties. They are intelligent, know the market, listen to what you want, and helpful beyond belief. I would add that they are the most patient people I have ever dealt with but that might suggest that I can be difficult!
If you are considering a houseboat purchase or sale, skip the rest, go directly to Linda Bagley and Special Agents. They know the houseboat market better than anyone and they will find what you want. I went to Linda wanting to purchase a boat slip and build my own houseboat. There were none to be had at a reasonable price. So, instead, Linda found the perfect existing houseboat and we were able to close on what I hope will be my last home purchase.
