Seattle Condos and Townhomes

The Puget Sound area is host to a wide variety of Condos and Town Homes. New to the scene are "Row Houses" or "Rowhouse", a new definition created by the City of Seattle to allow relaxed height and setback restrictions. As a result, these rowhouses are popping up all over Seattle communities, becoming the common replacement for a Town Home or Condo.
