## Who we are

Led by Linda M. Bagley (Owner / Designated Broker License #17584), who lived aboard a Seattle houseboat for nearly fifteen years and co-founded the Lake Union Liveaboard Association (LULA). The brokerage helped bring floating properties onto the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and has been featured on HGTV, House Hunters, DIY Network, and KIRO. The philosophy: educate first, then help people make their own good decisions — every guide on this site is free whether or not you ever transact with us.
